This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I finally got around to learning html and css (thanks to a compulsory university class). My second year in design has been, to say the least, trying on my work ethic. However, I have successfully avoided pulling an all-nighter and I have also managed to keep my part-time job. All in all, I'd say that I ran like a well-oiled machine most of the time.
My summer has been somewhat relaxing. I went to Ottawa for my parents' anniversary at the end of July, and I had a two week vacation from work at the beginning of July. However, other than that I've been working full time serving tables.
In terms of my designs and photography I'm not too sure if I want to put them up in my gallery due to the fact that I'm unsatisfied with them and also for privacy reasons due to the nature of my photography. Hopefully I can put up some that describe the nature of my photography and design while keeping its integrity to myself.
In terms of artistic direction of my digital painting, it's been extremely difficult for me to define a style and to further my technical ability. I've decided that there's no point in painting from my imagination if I'm completely unsatisfied with what I produce, and shall therefore make pains to find or create references I can draw from in order to get the quality I'm looking for. I also dislike the texture of my painting and how unbelievably flat it looks, so for now I shall experiment with the way in which I paint to create something more visually interesting. I don't just want to imitate styles; I want to find my own that I am both comfortable and happy with.
That's it for now! Maybe I'll find time to update more frequently than once a year. Cheers!

Your eye tutorial is very interesting. I like the method you use to generate the cornea (sp).

Your focus determines your reality. So be mindful of your thoughts.
Ask it what it has to teach you then let it go. It only has as much power over you as you give it.
